Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and WhipWhiplash (“we”). By using the site, making a card, or paying, you accept these terms.
1.Our service
WhipWhiplash lets you build a web greeting card. You pick a template, add your words, photos, or video, then pay to publish it as a link and QR code that anyone you share it with can open.
Editing a card and viewing the finished card are free. You only pay when you publish.
2.Your account
- You sign in with email/password or Google. We never see or store the password Google uses.
- Each sign-in method is a separate account. Cards in one account do not show up in another, so use the same method every time.
- Keep the account you sign in with secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3.Prices and payment
- The price depends on the template and is shown before you pay. It is one payment per card, with no subscription.
- You pay with PromptPay or TrueMoney Wallet, processed by our payment provider.
- A payment QR code lasts 24 hours. Your card goes live once we receive confirmation of payment.
- Each card is priced separately by its own template. There is no upgrading or downgrading between templates — a different template means a new card at full price.
4.No refunds
All payments are final. We do not give refunds in any case, including when you switch to a cheaper template.
That is why you can edit and view the finished card for free before you decide to pay. Please check your card carefully first.
If you paid but your card was not published, contact us with proof of payment. We will look into it and publish the card for you.
5.How long a card lasts
A published card stays online for 1 year from the day it is published. You can only edit its content before you pay — once published, it can no longer be edited. After a year, its link and QR code stop working.
6.Your content
The words, photos, and videos you put in a card stay yours. You let us store, resize, and show that content to people who open the card link, only so we can run the service.
You must not put any of the following in a card:
- Illegal or sexually explicit content, or anything involving child abuse
- Defamation, harassment, or hate speech
- Photos, videos, music, or other work you do not have the right to use
- Personal information about other people without their consent
- Scam links, malware, or content meant to deceive
If a card breaks these terms, we may disable its link or remove the content right away, without a refund.
7.Our intellectual property
The templates, designs, logo, and code of WhipWhiplash belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them only to make and send cards through this service. Do not copy the templates for use or resale elsewhere.
8.Service availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may improve, change, or retire templates and features, and we will keep published cards working until they expire.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service, and our total liability for any card is limited to the amount you paid for that card.
10.Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
